I've got two 1" sprinkler valves from Home Depot that I keep hoping to run in some side by side comparisons. Already modified one for an air actuated trigger and bought most of what I need to run the second electrically. Now all I need is free time coupled with good weather.

I personally wouldn't be surprised if the 1" and 3/4 do have the same internals and the only difference is the apeture.
