In that case I think I would just buy some copper water pipe and sweat some fittings on. Then you can make it any size you like, or even bend it to fit the area you have to work with. 1" soft copper is rated at 500 psi and 1 1/2" can handle 400. When copper blows, it splits instead of fragments like PVC would.
Or, if you get the rigid kind it can handle twice the presure.

BTW, what did you think of my new gun design?
