: Check with your local refrigeration repairman for empty 13 pound HP81 cylinders . These are steel very light and will hold 400 to 500 psi working pressure . Since they are steel , fittings can be welded , braized , or hard soldered to them easily . an added bonus most cylinders have a 1/4 inch refrigeration fitting that you can gas it up through some though have a check valve to prevent this . This is easily solved though by cutting the old valve stem off flush with the tank and welding/braizing/or hard soldering the fitting of your choice .
