Lol remember those tumbler wheels that linoel coal tenders had? THe one that was a rubber wheel filled with ball bearings that hit the 3rd rail and went "shh, shh, shhhhh, shhhhhhhh shhhhhhhhhh!" well you need to make an axle with lots of flat mettle plates losely bolted onto it, so as it spins with the movement of the tank the pates smack back and forth like tank treads msacking back and forth!
