Several fields around here just aren't designed for full sized vehicles. Talked the owners into giving them a try during open play and Big Games.

Been doing some sketches. Could send them to you. Brain storm together.

I have NO experience with them anywhere.... Just so you know.

So far the leading idea is a pair of bicycle wheels in the front and Pegs/skids on the back. Would be driven like a wheelbarrow. Driver in the back and gunner in the front walking with it and shooting his marker like a 'machine gun'. Or use our RPG as a 'cannon'.

When the driver sets the rear pegs/skids down it would stop and not roll when on an incline. That could free up the drivers hands to operate either a marker "machine gun" or my RPG unit as a cannon.

We figured we would need someplace to hang or way to hang/carry all the guns and rpg units on the tank or just strapped to the players.

We were leaning towards 2" Thinwall PVC to keep weight down and just use your standard tank screening so we could see well. Might even have our heads and shoulders exposed out the top.

To kill the tank, we would use the local rules. A grenade hit anywhere would disable the tank for 5 minutes. It can still shoot and defend just can't move.

If someone wants to get outside the tank and wipe off the paint, it is repaired and they can resume play if they are still alive. If the player gets killed the other player can only drive or stay stationary and shoot.

A second grenade hit anywhere within that 5 minutes it is disabled is a Killed tank.

A single RPG hit anywhere on the tank is a kill.

Flirted with a small arms kill using some type of device that could be hit with a single paintball.

Like the ones on D Day tanks and other scenerio games. It would just turn on a light and buzzer to notify all that the tank is dead. They would just cease fire and walk out with the light on to the recycling point.

e mail me. Ddupont@charter.net for the sketches.
