I am reluctant to answer these types of questions. Most people are simply not aware of the amount of energy stored in a high pressure tank. If they don't know where to find it, there's a good chance they don't know how to use it safely. Please, if you don't know how to fill a tank safely, get somebody to teach you before trying it on your own.
