This one doesn't really have any engineering type drawings but it's pretty extensive on lots of different vehicles and may be a good place to start.

This next one has some very nice 4 views of a lot of tanks but I don't think it's got scout vehicles. When you're looking at an individual machine, clicking the picture in the upper right will bring up the 4 view. It has a ridiculous amount of pop-up ads and it also disables the back button apparently so you have to use their site navigation buttons
