Will he be using/building it with you? Will he charge you for it? Does it work?

Depending on your answers, I think it would be a good starting point.

It depends on the specific characteristics of the dune buggy, what condition it is in, your time and financial budget, your mechanical and pneumatic skill level and what you plan on turning it into.
