FaceMask Safety Standards and RPGs

Somewhere, I think on this Forum, someone quoted an energy standard (foot pounds) for a paintball projectile impacting on a facemask.

Was this an ASTM impact standard for facemasks?

What was the source?
How was it developed.
What was it again?
How valid is it?

I have two alternative projectiles to try in my RPGs.

Need to document the source if I can.

Then I can calculate the max muzzle velocity limit for that projectile to be under that energy standard so the field owner might be inclined to let me USE it....

Any help out there?
