The Cousin's fields might be work looking into, although at this time I'm pretty sure that they only have one event per field each year that would use tanks. You'd have to talk to the field manager of each field first though. Talking to Fred over at the Pinelands Paintball field in Manchester might be your best bet, by the sound of it he's the closest to you.

As far as size, roads and I guess tankability in general EMR is probably the most tank friendly place for all sizes of tanks. Paintball LI is pretty close with their road system, although they're somewhat smaller and they only do one event each year that has tanks.
