Yes, but with two considerations: 1) many regs will be damaged by liquid co2, so buy one that can handle the occasional squirt of liquid like a palmer stabilizer, WGP ergo, or cmi-r2000. 2) Regulators can only lower pressure, Co2 pressure is already a low 500-900psi depending upon temp--500psi in near freezing weather, 900 on a nice summer day. A regulator works best when it's set at least 150psi above the tank pressure, and doesn't work at all when it's set above the tank pressure. The lower pressure your marker can reliably operate at the better the regulator will work for ya.
