PMI Crossfire Tanks

PMI Crossfire tanks are advertised at 850 psi fixed output. My friend told me that they put out way more that 850 psi. Is he right here? I had ordered one before he told me that, but I don't know if he knows what he's talking about. Any help? Thanks!
