I had a Tl that did not like to recock if the pressure was under 800, this could be your problem. When you switch to a cocker you shouldn't have a problem, they actually run 500 psi or lower. Until then if you want to run your TL a that lower pressur you can respring it for like $10 or less. Of course doing so is going to change your efficiancy.
