most HPA tanks have to be hydro tested every 5 years now HOWEVER they must still be VISUALLY inspected internally every 3 years. Basically I would just do the test every 3 years simply to be done with it (its like 25 bucks I think at a local scuba shop)

Performance wise - Angel Air has a lot of neat features but as to whether or not its worth the average price of 500 - 600 bucks...imho not really. I would highly recommend good preset tanks and regs that cost in the 200 - 300 dollar range over the Angel Air UNLESS price is no object. Personally I have had nothing but good things to say about the PMI Pure Energy 68/3000 that I have as well as the Crossfire 68/4500 tank. Both have performed well for me and I have no issues. ACI Bulldogs have a bad rep locally here in Southern California....not sure why since I have never owned one but a lot of people I know and respect HATE them with a passion.....
