It will depend on the ambient temperature, down at 32 deg F you will not get 850 psi out of a CO2 tank. For CO2 this is one reason to do a low pressure mod, if the operating pressure of the gun is below tank pressure at 32 deg your gun will work fine. With HPA you don't have to worry about ambient temperature and mess with your velocity as much if at all. Benefits of low pressure are reduced shot noise, and gentler on balls thereby reducing ball chops. You can optimize for efficiency as well. Hope it helps.
