: : About how many shots can i get out of a 68ci 3000psi bottle?

: ...is 10 shots per cubic inch at 3000psi and 15 shots at 4500. Which give ~680 for a 68-3k.

: But it varies a LOT depending on the gun and setup.

680 shots from 3Kpsi? Umm... not to dis HPA users or whatever, but... if a guy is using a Spyder Compact with a bottom line and expansion chamber or a Spyder Sonix with just a bottom line... what reason is there to use HPA? On my Sonix I can get about 700 shots out of my 20oz CO2. Everyones sez I should switch to HPA, but I can't see any cost effectiveness in it. Can anyone shed some light?
