Filling Nitrogen Tanks

Since most Nitrogen cylinders available from welding supply shops, etc.. are only filled to 2200 psi, how do most people fill up their Nitrogen tanks? Are you underfilling them? Someone help me out. I already found out that you can't easily get the equipment to fill HPA systems, and if you don't have a dive shop in your area you are out of luck in getting a scuba tank. So how do most people fill their HPA or Nitrogen Tanks for rec ball, and at their clubs? |
