Air compressor Question

I'm going to have to get an aircompressor because where I get my co2 tanks filled, they are are going to start charging 10 bucks for a 12oz and I didn't bother asking about 20s. So It's time to switch to nitro.

As long as I can get a compressor that is rated at 3000PSI, I can fill a 3000psi nitro tank correct? What do I need to fill it?

Thanks.
