DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT attempt to turn a bulk CO2 tank upside down. Aside for it being very heavy, if you damage the valve badly enough (like having the crushing weight of the tank on top of it), you will have very little time to live. CO2 will displace the O2 in your lungs and will saturate your lung tissue very quickly. If you are renting the tank then simply return it for a tank with a siphon. If you own the tank you can get a siphon installed for about $100-150. If you work at a resturaunt and are trying to get your fills for free off of the dispenser CO2, then your an idiot for even trying.
