: I have been looking at inline regs for a while now and have heard good things about the palmer and the center flag. is one better than the other and is there one better than these two?

Both of them are excellent regs. It really depends on what gas setup your using. When using CO2 i have had no problem with the palmer reg. I have not tested the centerflag reg with CO2. On HPA they are both excellent regs.
