Max Flow Fill Nipple

I just picked up a new gun with a 4500 max flow (2000) and a warp feed. The problem is the warp feed gets in the way of the fill nipple. Is it safe to put an elbow between the fill nipple and the tank. Does anyone know the pressure rating on the standard 1/8" npt street elbows commonly found at paintball stores? My other option would be to swap the fill nipple and the tank gauge around, would this work on the max flow?

Thx, Ppyromann
