Macro has a larger internal diameter than the Micro for better flow. Braided and solid steel hoses are more durable. I've used Macro line on my cocker for over 2 years without any problems or leaks. Some people have alot of trouble with it. It's very nice to be able to quick disconnect the reg. Razor
: the plastic 1s its easier to take off from the nut...steal more durrable...
