CO2/HPA Scuba Fill Station Valve Changin

I have the shocker co2 tank that holds 30 ounces and is carbon fiber wrapped, on/off, anti-siphon, etc. I want to be able to fill it with a scuba fill station and scuba tank, with compressed air. Can i simply change the valves out to do this?
