Trade for A.I.R worth it?

Someone wants to trade me thier angel A.I.R for my regular Fibre 68/4500 tank straight up. He said he switched to a MAxflow and he no longer uses the AIR and wants to trade it for a backup screw in. The AIR needs to be hydroed but thats no big deal. My tank was bought brand new last year.
Is it just me or does this deal seem off? Isnt the AIR reg worth more then my tank alone? Just hessitant on something being wrong.
