Tank O ring

I am a bit new to paintball and just got my gun about 2 months ago. When I was playing today my
o ring on my tank froze up when i was Dry firing my gun to get it off. I know that if it freezes it is bad but i dont know how to get the bad o ring off so i can replace it.
