please help w/ VIOLATOR on C98!!!

 i have a LP tippmann c98 with airamerica violator running on worr air 70/4500 w/ 850 outout. the problem is the regulator doesnt wanna go down to 350 psi. it stays at 700-800 psi. the lp kit needs to have around 350 psi. ive tried everything. the screwthing adjuster doesnt help. can someone please help me?
