Anti-siphon rocket science

Based on the information I got from the Warpig CO2 Dynamics page, I made my own anti-siphon tubes. Going on the fact that the liquid in the bottle is not greater than 34% of the bottle volume, I assumed that a tube with the entry placed in the very center of the bottle would make a very effective anti-siphon. One that is not affected by the bottle attitude. Now I am reading that many people install the tubes with a bend in them. This results in the bottle attitude becoming critical. Turn it upside down and you have a siphon. I have used my bottle for several weeks, and get very good consistant velocity and accuracy.
Just wanted to get some opinions on the idea.
