Yes, you got what you need for a personal refill station. I did the same thing with a free 10 lb CO2 tank. The refill station I got was a PMI and cost me $70. You should have gotten the fill instructions with the fill station. read them carefully several times before attempting it. If you don't have a syphon ( dip tube )already in the tank you will have to hold/hang or otherwise mount the tank upside down while you fill it. this will allow the liquid CO2 to come out.
Bear in mind that if the tank falls and strikes the valve, this is a bad thing. could break off, then you have just gone into model rocketry. My 10 lb tank is small enough that I just hold it upside down myself and work the main valve while my son helps with the scale.

: I got a small 20lb CO2 tank from my friend up in Jersey. So I bought the refill station and scale for paintball co2 tanks, but the problem is I don't think that the tank got a syphon tube. Do you know where I can get a syphon tube or ways to get the tanks filled? Plus I want to know whether I got what's needed for a personal CO2 refill station. Thanx
