Depends. :)

With HPA you are using a regulated supply which can be ~850psi for high pressure fixed or ~450psi for low pressure fixed. Or anywhere from 200psi to 950psi with an ajustable HPA tank. CO2 output varies depending on the temperature of the CO2 in the tank, which varies a lot. You can use an on-gun reg as long as the input pressure is 150-200psi or greater than the pressure the reg is set at.
