: I ahve seen this type of problem mentioned in posts here and elsewhere but I never see an adequate solution...maybe someone can help... : I have a new alum. 20# tank with syphon tube installed. I'm using a two valve filling station and have had no problems filling tanks till the CO2 level reached 13#.. : Have done the primary tank tilting routine all the way thru upside down- no difference. : Any help would be appreciated.... Is it your tank? It sounds like the dip tube in the supply tank is a little short so that it's not sucking up liquid - you could have it replaced. Have you tried putting it in the freezer to fill? If it still only gets 5ozs, you could put it in the freezer, fill it, freeze it, fill it... until it reaches the correct weight (full fill). To do this requires you to know the exact empty weight of each tank you fill - not all tanks weigh the same. Tom |
