While an expansion chamber is not necessary for nitro it won't hurt it noticably in most cases. I would reccommend removing it and getting a stabilizer that fits in its place if you use it for a forgrip but its not entirely necessary. The reg on the tank should be enough at first. You will notice a dramatic performance increase just from switching to HPA from CO2. However a secondary reg will boost that performance even more. With more shot to shot consistancy in pressure you get more predictable trajectory which means better accuracy. You don't need to spend $100 on a reg to see the boost either. You can get a palmer for $80 if you shop around and you can get other regs for as little as $50 that are almost as good. |
