You can probably buy a bottle with an antisiphon tank in it already for 45 bux or less.
If you plan on doing it yourself, check DocsMachine.com he used to have an instruction link on how to do it.
It's easy if you have tools and some mechanical knowhow. Otherwise that's what youre paying 45 bux for.
As for the actual siphon material, you can get all the parts you need from a plumbing supply and an art supply store.
The plumbing supply will provide the part that screws into the bottom of the valve, and the art supply will provide the anti-siphon tube. I dont have the spex in my brain anymore, so you'd have to check doc's site or do from scratch by opening it up and going to the stores with the parts.
Opening it up is tons of fun. You need to remove the burst disk to bleed the tank, then remove t he oring and heat the bottle around where the neck and the valve meet. This will melt the loctite. You need tools to then remove the valve from the bottle. Be very careful not to damage the valve which are usually brass. Brass is soft metal and will get scarred up badly. Scarring is not bad, but if you crush the burst disk you'll be screwed. (Put it back on, btw, before doing this so you dont damage the threads)
Is it worth 45 bux to do all this? Maybe. I ALWAYS did my own bottles because I enjoy the tinker.
Go to docs site for all the info, or repost here for more details
