Untraceable HPA Leak

I have a crossfire HPA tank that I have been using for a little over a year. I have owned this as long as I have my fill station and scuba tank. Recently I ran into a rather annoying problem. When I go to fill up my hpa tank and release the blow out valve on the fill station all the air that I transfered to the HPA tank escapes. My first assumption was that the fill station had gone bad and needed replaced. 2 weeks later I had a new fill station and was ready for action but as I attempted to try and fill my tank I had the same result. Then I figured it was my HPA tank perhaps an O-Ring or something of that sort. Another player let me try and fill his tank with my scuba tank but his tank did the same thing. The only other thing that I thought that would have caused this problem was the scuba tank. Took it to the dive shop I bought it from and had the owner test it and check the O-ring. Everything checked out fine. I have no idea why I can no longer fill my HPA tanks. Everyone seems quick to blame the operator despite my past experiences. I just want to get back on the field and continue to play this great sport. Any help or information at would be greatly appreciated.
