whats better co2,n2,or compressed air?

im buying a new tank and i need a better one i now have a 12oz co2 and a 20oz co2 tank the only lead that i have is that i have an air compressor so i might be able to fill that tank but im not sure if your selling, want to but, or have advice please reply
