A Co2 Pump still uses a scale to fill, instead of dumping excess pressure to put more liquid it pumps more in, allowing you to use the bulk tank much more efficiantly(No Dumping tanks to chill them) You Still have to weigh the tank and tare it empty though, just saves you from having to chill them in order to get a full fill.
