There are a few closed bolt electros...the shocker is one, AKA's excalibur and PGI's Mayhem are two others that jump to mind...remember bolt position is just that...it has bassically zero direct effect on a paintguns preformance...although closed bolts do tend to have less moving mass...

On that note you might consider simply looking for guns with low moving mass, for example the matrix shouldn't have much...although I've never shot one of those...
