: I've been having the worst trouble getting my Intimidator to work ever since I got it about a year ago. I finally sent it back and BLAST "fixed" it. Now i'm having an even worse problem. After i gas up the gun IF i don't shoot it for about 5 minutes or so it will not shoot with enough force to even shoot a paintball. The more i shoot, the more force it builds untill finally it's at it's normal point and it will shoot pretty consistant untill i stop shooting. Then the longer i do not fire the gun the less volicty the paintball will have when i shoot it, Untill it is again at a point were it will not shoot a paintball. My gun is set up to low pressure operation with the top reg taken apart and the piston turned around and i use a vigilante reg. I can not hear the gun leaking air out of anywhere and i have no idea how to test to see if its leaking.

I think you have a bad inline regulator seat, it is not seating very well. What it is, is that the inline regulator still allows air to pass through even when the incoming air reaches the set pressure, thus making the pressure behind the valve chamber about the same as the output of your tank (800-850)making the ram not have enough force to open the valve, it shoots normally if you continue shooting because the pressure behind the valve gradually lowers to the set pressure and builds up again if the shooting is stopped for a while. You need either to have air america service your inline reg. or buy a new one, try the AKA sidewinder or the AA messiah.
