Forgive me for being a bad cocker owner, but if you like mags, there's nothing wrong with them. I don't think you'd be "left behind" except that you might not spend your paintball budget as fast as other players. I'm under the impression that it's a challenge to get a decent electro with HPA for $1000 or less. Even the custom cockers are getting expensive enough that you can't get one for less than $1000 with a barrel and regulator, let alone the HPA system. Mags are fine markers. I have the guts of one that I'm upgrading as we speak. I say go with what you already know is comfortable, especially because it's relatively affordable, too.

: So what would you people recommend for starting back up? Id like to spend like 800-1000 for a new setup. I'm used to playing with mags and I know their internals but if most players now have Angels and Cockers, I don't want to be left behind.
