There are cockers that can do 20. yes, twenty.

I know Glen Palmer has gotten some of his markers up to 20 bps. But I've yet to see a cocker do it. Found this in an interview:

"The stock Autococker is only able to cycle about 10-11 bps. While the STOs and Blackmagics can cycle upto 13-14 bps." -Dennis Ashley of Centerflag Products

I'd like to see the cocker info though.
