Annodizing Question

Ok, here's the deal. I want to re-annodize my Bushy. The annodizing would be two solid colors with no fade. I want to annodize my Bushy like a Scottish flag. My question is, who does annodizing? A job that would make me feel proud to spend the money. Would it be easier to just find a raw body? Does ICD sell raw bodies? Just some questions. Thanks for the input.
