Both the PVI Shocker and the WDP Angel were unveiled to the US Public at the same industry conference at the International Amateur Open. If memory serves, the Shocker was shown about 5-10 minutes before the Angel. The Angel was shown in England before that though, so you might technically call it first, but I believe that the PVI Shocker (not the same as the currently produced Shockers, I think the only major compatible parts are the barrel and it had a funky stamped metal trigger) was in stores in the US well before the Angel, which was distributed by Brass Eagle, made it into stores.
