: CO2 @ 30 degrees= a pressure of 500psi (+/-). I can a cocker running fine on CO2 in below freezing weather, but if the tank tempature no matter where it is (remote or on gun) is @ zero or minus zero the gun won't operate effectivly. The tank pressure is around 300 psi or below if the tempature is in the zero range. I don't see a cocker or any low pressure gun work well in that type of weather. Of course normal people don't play in that cold of weather, but then again there is nothing normal about a Paintball Player. : later : : I disagree, I have run my cocker year round on C02 before I went HPA, and know many others that have and still do. And I live 30 min north of Seattle WA. I would however recommend running a remote so as not to feed liquid C02 into the marker, or use an anti-sipon tank at the least. You will definitely have less probs with HPA, but you can still be successful with C02, I hear there are pro teams that still use it. : : Razor : : : : : Sorry, Nitro is the only safe way to go. If it's heard to get to Nitro or compressed air, try the scuba tank method. Most scuba tanks can't fill beyond 3000psi, but it might work in your case. No matter what way you go it will cost you $$$. : : : later
