Tough call man. I know that the matrix is fast and very accurate, however does have a chop problem unless you you get an LPR. Also won't be very efficient unless you get a more efficient bolt. I'm a cocker fan, I would say either upgrade or get a better cocker, or if you want speed, get a matrix.
