Autococker Orracle with a standard frame would come in under budget or on budget depending on what air system you put on it. The Orracle only needs a decent on/off added to it then top it with a good revvy (eggolution if you like) and give it a good HPA tank and you are off to the races. comes stock with

Kaner barrel 14in front and 689 back I believe
Flame drop forward
Cam trigger pull adjuster
externally adjustable front reg and three way
may require some initial tuning and then you will be off to the races.

Angel IR3 markers will cost you your budget BEFORE tank and hopper.... but they do have a higher ROF with slightly less range/accuracy. Angels do not require timing, do require moderate maintenance (albeit less direct maintenance than a cocker) but you do pay a lot for em - I like the lifetime warranty that is available on the DARK series IR3 though...

going with an E class Orracle will bring you up to about the same ROF as an angel but it is a first generation system so it has not seen quite as much field time and testing yet. the base gun is a cocker so it should be sweet =) unfortunately the E class upgrade will bring your price point up about 300 or so

my best advice to you
check em out at your local stores and fields. get a feel personally for each, ask questions about maintenance on each, and then see for yourself which one suits your desires.... My personal preference is for the standard Orracle. I have one, it works great, is easy for me to work on (albeit after awhile things like timing and tuning become second nature - for a new owner they may be a challenge to surmount at first) and is a first rate tourney class marker. It shoots far, fast, and consistently.

whatever you choose make sure you price the whole package that you need
marker
air system
loader
safety gear
ball hauling gear
maintenance supplies

if you want top of the line gear you may end up paying top dollar. a standard orracle retails for near 900.00 by itself, add a 200.00 tank and a 60.00 loader and you are darned close to your target budget.... a stock Dark IR3 retails nearer to 1350.00 BEFORE any other add ons...

Hope you find what you are looking for

have fun out there

Jasleth
