I do not know of any place to find one. The reason for this is the manufacturers do not give their design drawings away. That would be like giving free work to companies to make their own product.
If you are looking to build a paintgun from scratch the easiest thing to do would be to buy the type of paintgun you want, and to take your own measurements from it.
