no you dont need a trigger job or a roller sear... you need a timing job. adjust the bolt lug into the bolt a little and re time your gun. i build cockers for my friends. if you want a quick shooting marker use the bomb three way from shockteck. also lossen up the trigger. the trigger on an auto cocker isnt supposed to be like that of an elctro. that should solve your troubles. if you need more assistance email me at White_air_wolf@yahoo.com and i will get back to you
