E Blade 9V battery Problem Please Help

My conectors weld broke that makes contact with the battery terminals, now when the battery is inserted the terminals just bend back. We have thought on re soldering but I am not sure if that would work, also we thought on putting on a 9V batteryplug and soldering that to the board but I am not sure if there is the room in the frame for that..Any Ideas or solutions?
