I think this is the first post I've seen here about this. I've been tempted to put one here, but wasn't sure where, or if it would last. Nothing against the Mills', but SP can get nasty in their dealings, and legal hassles are the last thing anyone needs. Personally, I have never owned a Smart Parts item. No desire... there are better products out there for the same or less money. Always have been. Plus, I pretty much blame them for the rampant spread of the amazing 6" barrel with 6" of porting on the end (all two-piece barrels). If I want a 6" barrel, I'll shoot a 6" barrel. Their guns aren't as impressive as their hype claims, and their marketing leaves a bad taste behind. Now this broadening of the Shocker patent to cover all electronic paintball guns? To Hades with them... any thoughts I'd ever had of picking up anything from their company are long gone. Ben Kohnen, Limited Pump Paintball |
