: Is it just me, or does it seem like WARPIG is strangely quiet about the smart parts thing.
Some people are choosing to jump on the rumor/hype bandwagon, I am not. I believe that our country's founding fathers laid out a wisely designed justice system, and that after both parties gather together all the information making their cases, that the courts will be able to make the correct decision. I believe that justice is not a democratic process, so petitions and rallying public opinion don't have anything to do with the case. Either Smart Parts or Indian Creek Designs is correct in their assertions, and as such will, I believe, win the case. Then, there will be real news to report - who won the case, what the outcome is, and what potential that has for how the particular patent might relate to other companies. See you on the field, |
