Being a mid and back player you want distance and accuracy. A 2003 cocker is the answer. My son who is 13 has become deadly with his. He plays the same way you do a back mid player. I shoot a freeflow with an eblade and he is better with his gun. unless we are front player then my gun gives me the edge. He hjas upgraded his 2003 cocker with an orracle front end, excel bl, and freeflow internals. Heis deadly accurate and the gun is fast, efficient and consistent. I qwould trade my FreeFlow for his cocker with an eblade.

: : I play mid and/or back on the field and want a better gun. I would like to get an impulse, outkast cocker, 03 cocker, or btk3 bushy.
: : What do u recomend?

: I'd definitely say cocker. I've played tournies since '93, and have used cockers since '95. They're great. But, since I'm getting out of paintball, I have an awesome y2k Dark Cocker for sale. Email me at paintballjones@hotmail.com if you're interested. I can send pics. Even if you don't want mine, cockers rock!
